Regarding armorbank.com: “the first domain name registration is clearly in good faith”.
armorbank.org was registered to: “bolster the Respondent’s original registration and to protect its common law rights related to the first domain name, as was the case here.”
“This ruling not only protects the legitimate rights and interests of domain name registrants, but also once again warns companies that attempt to abuse domain name dispute resolution policies: reverse domain name hijacking will not be supported.”
The panel: “denied the bank’s claims, and found reverse domain name hijacking with regards to the .com domain.”
